Why mullets, you ask?
Well, you may or may not be aware, this coming April, the Black Dog Institute is running their annual Mullets for Mental Health campaign. 🤩 This April, shape and grow your mullet to raise funds for better mental health!
Did you know, 1 in 5 of us will experience symptoms of mental illness in any given year. In Australia, that’s around 5 million people. And more than half of these people won’t seek help. (Black Dog Institute, 2024).
💇♂️ This April, show your all ears for mental health by participating in Black Dog Institute’s annual Mullets for Mental Health campaign. Your mullet will help fund crucial mental health research and create better mental health for all through ground-breaking research into the early detection, prevention, and treatment of common mental health disorders.
