This Chooseday, choose to check in with your mind and body and ask yourself a few simple questions.
Do you have a healthy, balanced diet? Do you exercise regularly? Do you give yourself a break when you need to? Are you up to date with your health checks?
This Friday, we celebrate World Health Day! And we ask you to be an advocate for health equality- within your community, within your workplace and within your home.
This World Health Day, the World Health Organisation (WHO) will also celebrate it's 75th anniversary. In 1948, on April 7th, countries around the globe united and founded the WHO to promote world wide health and helping the vulnerable with the goal of everyone, everywhere, being able to access the highest level of health and wellbeing. This year, the theme for World Health Day is Health For All. Join GoodCompany in celebrating World Health Day and support the many charities across Australia and NZ advocating for health equality.
This Chooseday, we invite you to support Kidney Health Australia on GoodCompany.
