Happy ChooseDay! Today, we’re inviting you to take a step (or 10,000!) toward better health and a brighter future for those with cerebral palsy.


This September, let’s lace up our sneakers and join STEPtember—Australia’s favourite and most inclusive virtual health and well-being challenge, made possible by Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA). 🌟


So... why choose to STEP Up for STEPtember?

Walking is one of the simplest yet most effective ways to boost your physical and mental well-being.


Did you know? The study of over 72,000 people, published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine, found every additional step up to around 10,000 steps a day was linked to a 39% reduced risk of death and 21% reduced risk of cardiovascular disease, regardless of how much remaining time was spent sedentary.


Increasing your step count every day can make a big difference:

  2. Track Your Steps: 📱 Use a fitness tracker or smartphone app to log your steps each day.

  3. Fundraise: 💰 Share your journey and encourage others to support your efforts by donating to your STEPtember fundraiser.

.P.S. Speaking of steps, our friends at Save The Children have just launched their Three Peaks Trek for Save the Children, and are excited to be able to offer you and your staff an early bird offer, saving participants $150 on the sign-up fee.⛰️
