September is the perfect time to pause, step back, and reflect.


Too often we focus only on the next target, the next challenge, the next “to-do.” But what about the ground we’ve already covered? The progress we’ve made, the healthier choices we’ve embraced, the positive habits we’ve built?

Even just 5–10 minutes of daily joy practices—such as jotting down what you’re grateful for—has been shown to lift mood and reduce stress levels (UCSF Big Joy Project, 2024 Home).
