GoodCompany Announces 2025 Award Winners, Highlighting Australia’s Corporate Giving Leaders
GoodCompany, Australia’s premier platform for workplace giving, volunteering, rewards and charitable impact, is proud to announce the 2025 GoodCompany Award Winners. Topping this year’s rankings is Mirvac, followed by Origin, Accenture, Optus, and Zurich Australia.
“Being named the #1 Best Workplace to Give Back reflects the culture we’ve built at Mirvac, where giving back isn’t just encouraged, it’s embedded in how we operate” says Sarah Clark, Mirvac’s Group General Manager, Sustainability.
“From our National Community Day, where each year over 950 employees volunteered across 90+ activities, to our Giving Program that matches employee donations dollar for dollar, we’re proud to support our people in making a real impact.
It’s this collective effort that enables us to make a meaningful difference in the communities we help build and sustain.”

Mirvac exemplifies corporate purpose in action. With unlimited paid volunteer leave, dollar-for-dollar matched donations, and programs enabling employees to support any charity of their choice, Mirvac empowers its workforce to make a meaningful difference.
Mirvac’s social impact initiatives include a Reconciliation Action Plan, public commitment to the UN Sustainable Development Goals, Diversity programs, and Green Energy and Recycling targets. Annual volunteering days see two-thirds of employees participate, while partnerships with the Platinum Pinnacle Foundation and Social Traders’ Supplier Development Program drive inclusion and support social enterprises. Mirvac is also on track for B Corp certification, cementing its commitment to positive social impact.
