Good Morning,
This ChooseDay, we’re gearing up for Movember — the month when upper lips get hairy and conversations get real.
Each November, thousands of Aussies grow a moustache (or support someone who does!) to spark conversations, raise awareness and fund life-saving men’s health projects
.From mental health and suicide prevention to prostate and testicular cancer, Movember is about tackling the issues that too often stay hidden behind silence and stigma. 👨🏻🦱
Because here’s the truth according to Movember:
Nearly 2 in 5 Australian men (≈ 37%) die prematurely before age 75.
63% of men say gender stereotypes have negatively affected their health.
1 in 3 men feel confused or overwhelmed by health information.
Every hour, we lose 60 men to suicide around the world.
These aren’t just numbers — they’re our dads, brothers, partners, mates and colleagues. 💙 By growing a Mo, moving 60 km, or hosting a “Mo-ment”, we can help change the face of men’s health and start conversations that save lives.

👨🏻🦱 How you can take part 👨🏻🦱
Grow a Mo — Start fresh on 1 November and wear it proudly.
Move for Movember — Walk, run or cycle 60 km to honour the 60 men lost to suicide each hour.
Host a Mo-ment — Organise a team event or catch-up to raise funds and awareness.
Donate or start a fundraiser — Support men’s health research and programs
By choosing to grow, move or give this Movember, you’re helping to rewrite the story for men’s health — one moustache, one conversation, and one donation at a time. 💪

Every moustache grown, every kilometre walked, every Mo‑ment hosted, and every dollar donated adds up to real impact. 🎯
It’s more than just a moustache; it’s a movement, and every little effort counts. So, whether you grow, move, host, or give, know that you’re making a difference.
Stay hairy, stay healthy,
